A native Texan, Jeff grew up in San Antonio and later attended the University of Texas in Austin and graduated with a degree in Economics. Thereafter, he became a partner with the litigation boutique of Berg & Androphy. He then had the opportunity to try numerous cases to verdict at Arnold & Itkin, another litigation boutique.
